For children it is a space of enchantment and for adults it is like a sweet trip back in time that brings that good feeling of childhood. I keep wanting to eat popcorn, popsicles and jelly beans, but I control myself, just a little.

Doing a project for children is a delight, especially after I became a mother. Understanding all the particularities of this universe, thinking about fun, safety and durability (yes, they are punk and climb walls!), is a very detailed and very pleasurable exercise.

​

Imagining myself using the space in all the stages I've experienced, from a baby to a "big boy", as Téo used to say, helps me to understand what is needed to offer more comfort and functionality. Who goes shopping with the child knows that we have some struggles...! Carrying a thousand purses, bags, looking at everything else without taking your eyes off your child is not always an easy task.

Together with the Reserva team, I try to bring this look to all projects and offer a space that they love, that they can use freely and play.

​

This particular Reserva Mini store has a challenging format, it is shallow and wide. The very positive side is that it allows exploring the façade and highlighting the point of sale. The challenge is to accommodate all the elements of the program that need to be less highlighted, such as dressing rooms, access to stock and also the cashier.
