Layout remodeling project that we developed in partnership with the architect Joana Hardy in one of the residences designed by the architect Índio da Costa.

The project was limited to the volumes of the existing building, but proposed a new internal configuration for the environments. The first floor had all the internal walls demolished and received a small expansion. The access stairs to the upper floor also needed a small alteration. This floor, which used to be just a service area, now has a large suite, kitchen, staff rooms and service area.

On the upper floor, new proposals for the bathroom in the master suite and guest bathroom were prepared, and the external garden and pool area was completely modified. The challenge was not to interfere with the original architecture, adapting the spaces and their configurations to the new needs of the clients.
