The five-story building on Rua Paul Redfern, in Ipanema, totals approximately 390m².

It includes a program with classrooms, staff rooms, customer service and restrooms. In order to create an efficient layout, it was necessary to demolish the existing staircase and build a new one in a strategic position. Today, all the main circulation takes place through the new and comfortable staircase that works as a vertical axis and distributes the flow to each floor. It was the solution we adopted to enhance the space in the classrooms, where students spend most of their time.
